Chelsea FC transfer rumors: Hiddink plans, Scott Dann interest, Bertrand Traoré loan, Ramires swap

Guus Hiddink reiterated Chelsea's (lack of) January transfer window plans following Saturday's 3-3 draw against Everton, though I suppose if Diego Costa is forced to miss some time, those plans might change a little bit.  While it didn't sound like his injury was too concerning and the scans for which he had to go hospital were just precautionary is nature, we don't know what his exact status is just yet.  But as of right now, Chelsea are apparently not doing anything of note.
"Yes, if we want to, [we'd need to move quickly], but at this moment we are doing nothing."
"We hope Diego is coming out of the hospital in good health and we go on as we are doing now. He was in a lot of pain but as soon as we know the report we will put it up."
"I always have the attitude that when something has to be done, yes or no, we don't go go public before we do something. It's not wise to talk but we are not in negotiations with whoever at this moment."

That does put the validity of those Alexandre Pato rumors in doubt, as well as the following silly-sounding story from the Mirror.
Scott Dann is being looked at as a potential long-term successor for Chelsea's John Terry. The west London club have watched the Crystal Palace defender in almost every match this season.

The Mirror claims we'd be willing to double Dann's £60,000/week salary — double! — but the dude's reluctant to leave, which then supposedly puts the entire impetus for this move on Chelsea.  In a way, this sounds like another Gary Cahill deal, though Dann is about three years older at this point (29 in a month) than Cahill was back in 2012 (having just turned 26).  That alone makes this a bit of a silly prospect; Palace's recent struggles have taken a bit of the shine off Dann's excellent season as well.
Still, the Dann rumor makes more sense than the following nugget from The Sun.
Chelsea will let Bertrand Traore go out on loan to a Premier League rival —€” but want his £40,000-a-week wages paid in full.  Everton are interested in the Burkina Faso star, 20, who had a successful spell with Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem.  Midfielder Traore has barely played this season, but Chelsea want to keep him happy as they see him as a future star.  Roberto Martinez is a fan but fears John Stones' name may be brought up in any talks.

While it makes sense to let Traoré go on loan since we seem beyond reluctant to use him at the moment, Everton seems like such a bad choice.  With Deulofeu, Lennon, Mirallas, and others, how much chance would Traroé have, really?  And that's before we get to all the Lukaku, Stones, Atsu, etc. shenanigans.
And speaking of shenanigans, German tabloid Bild ... build ... on the earlier rumors of Ramires possibly looking to leave by combining those with the uncertain future of defensive midfield Ilkay Gündogan for that thing the rumor mill loves so much, a swap deal!  Which makes it unlikely to happen, but maybe we can sign Gündogan anyway?  That could be cool.
